You should be able to search the Internet, or even Microsoft.com for help on 99% of the errors you receive within the software. We also have help on our site for the standard MS error codes (Winsock 10060, 10061, System Error: 5, System Error: 53, etc..).
The way our software works is by asking the O/S to execute standard Microsoft Windows APIs on your behalf, and those APIs will either succeed or fail based upon what rights you have within the O/S security, and also your specific O/S and network implementation and configuration. The O/S will then return an error code back to our software, which we then return back to the user within the DNTU or MRC interface. For Winsock errors we also include some additional diagnostic information in the Error Details pane, which can be very helpful in determining where the issue lies.
