I am unable to connect please help

So i have been using Dameware for some time and use it almost everyday for work. but today when i tried to connect i am getting an error i have never seen. I have not done nothing to the computer i connect to and i have not changed anything on the computer i use to connect with here is the error i am getting
"The version of Dameware Mini Remote Control application you are using is not supported by the MRC client agent In order to connect to this agent you must obtain a newer version of the MRC application or downgrade the client agent by other means (i.e manually) the client agent will now disconnect"

I hope someone can help me with this issue Thanks

So i want to thank support so much for help.

the solution to this little problem was that someone had downloaded and installed MRC 7.x and tried to control with version 6.x this will not work you must manually uninstall 7.x
